The labour movement doesn't just affect those that are Unionized!
Some of the practices we commonly see in place in private industry are there because the labour movement has championed the worker and forced government and private industry to take lessons on how to treat their employees.
The labour movement has to stay strong and involved in order to guarantee our rights and those of our children for the future.
